No creo que haya virus, pero sugiero que revise bien su monitor y si los botones no tienen problemas o algún desgaste pues a veces con el movimiento podrían activarse. Adicionalmente, si tiene protector de pantallas, revise que las orillas no estén picando las teclas de ajuste.

Tenemos un monitor philips de 19" que hace lo mismo, que de vez en cuando aparece la configuracion del monitor, hamos desmotado los botones y no es que se nos quede ninguno pillado es que se le ha ido la pinza al hardware de la pantall.
Si en tu pantalla no se ha quedado ninguna tecla peresionada es que esta roto, si tiene garantia envialo sino pos te vale para poco.
